The Club is now OPEN!

Whilst we are entering into new lifted Victorian State Government restrictions, the Club has some changes to our opening hours and your visit with us may look a little different. 

This communication was last updated on Tuesday 24th of November, 2020. We will continue to update this FAQ Forum as more information comes to light, please continue to refer to this information for updates.

What areas are open?
All Areas of the Club are Open.
We are open from 9am Daily

Is the Gaming Room open?
Yes. From Monday 9th of November, Gaming Rooms are permitted to open.
Please see Gaming section for more details about your visit with us.

Do I need to wear a mask when visiting?
Yes. Whilst you are inside, you are required to wear a mask
Once seated at your table or at your machine, you may remove your mask.

What are your capacity limits?
From Monday 23rd of November, the Club has a total venue capacity of 150 Indoors + 150 Outdoors
This venue capacity is across all areas. Each individual space also has capacity limits to maintain the 1 to 4m squared social distance guideline is maintained, and is stated on signage at the entry to each space.


Is the Lounge open?
Yes. The Lounge is open 7 days from 9am, however will not be staff until 11.30am. See staff for service.
We invite you to enjoy our outdoor alfresco area for a social drink, a coffee or a beer with mates.

Alfresco Areas

Whilst we cannot accommodate  you inside, you are welcome to visit and enjoy our alfresco areas for a coffee, wine or beer
Open from 9am daily.

Admission will be granted as long as we are not at capacity with lunch and dinner reservations.
No bookings for our Alfresco Areas other than bistro reservations

Social Saturdays | 9am – 5pm
Drinks + Kitchen Open Bar Meals & Snacks from 11.30am – 5pm
No bookings – Admission will be subject to capacity limits
Patrons may be asked to vacate at 5pm so that we can accommodate our bookings for dinner service

Are Keno and TAB available?
Yes. We can process TAB and Keno transactions from 9am daily.


Is the Bistro Open?
Yes. The Bistro is Open:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday Lunch 12pm-2.30pm, and
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday Dinner Bookings from 5.30pm

From Tuesday 1st of December, the Bistro will be open 7 days for Lunch & Dinner.
From the 1st, Bistro ‘Servery’ service will resume to place your order when seated indoors.
Social Distancing markers will be present to ensure appropriate distance is maintained.

Table Service will be available outdoor bistro tables.

How will the bistro operate?

  • Tables will be available both indoors and outdoors.
  • Our outdoor areas are located under the verandah along the outside front of the venue, and are fully covered and sheltered. Tables and chairs are the same as those indoors.
  • We will try our best to accommodate your request but understandably, we may not be able to accommodate all booking indoors.
  • You will be required to give the staff your name and a contact phone number
  • Masks must be worn, but can be removed once you are seated. When you leave your table you will need to out your mask back on.
  • Tables will be distanced 1.5m apart
  • No maximum table/booking size

Are you offering any Take-Away options?
We are currently offering a limited takeaway menu on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Please see the link for the menu on our Home page. You can order through email, at or call us on 9761 4233. Prepayment for your meals will be required over the phone.


Is the Gaming Room Open?
Yes. The Gaming room is open, from 9am – 7 days

How will the gaming room operate?

  • First name & contact details upon entry for contact tracing
  • Masks must be worn whilst moving around the venue, but can be removed once at the machine.
  • A CovidSafe Marshall is on Duty every shift to ensure your peace of mind whilst visiting
  • Every Second Machine has been disabled from game play. Please follow staff members guidance to which machines are available.
  • Whilst masks are required, we kindly request that hats with brims are removed, or the peak turn to the back to allow for proper identification.

Is my favorite gaming machine going to be available?
We’ve configured the room to endeavor to make a variety of Gaming Machines available once we re-open, new and favourites.

Events & Entertainments

Whilst we know you’re excited to get back to normal, we will not be running any entertainment or events until restrictions ease.

When will bands, trivia, bingo and poker return?
At this stage, we are not permitted to run these activities. We will keep you updated when these activities can return.

Will you host more Tribute Shows & Dinner, Clairvoyant Nights and Morning Melodies?
At this stage, we are not permitted to run these activities. We will keep you updated when these activities can return.


Is the bus running?
No. Unfortunately to maintain social distancing restrictions, the Club bus service is not running. Once the Club is fully reopened this service will be reviewed.

Footy Tipping

Is footy tipping still running?
After Round 5, we have decided to cancel the 2020 Footy Tipping Competition. All tippers will receive a refund for this tipping fees. We will have this available for collection from the day we are able to reopen our doors. All further enquiries can be directed to

What’s happening with my membership ? 
Membership is normally due for renewal on the 1st of July. We understand that many members have not been able to attend the Club to use their benefits. We have made the decision to maintain your current membership expiry date, which can be found on the lower right hand side of your membership card.
Membership rates have also not changed, and are as follows: 1 Year – $10, 3 Years – $25 and 5 Years $35.

In appreciation of your ongoing support, we will issue a $5 Venue Voucher to all active memberships on January 1st 2021, to thank you for your ongoing support.

Can my points be redeemed after the expiry period this year due to the pandemic?
As a sign of our appreciation for your ongoing loyalty we have decided not to purge membership points for 19/20 financial year. You can use your points for food and beverage purchases across the Club. Points will be purged again on the 30th June 2021.

I missed out on my Birthday Voucher, can I still get my free birthday meal?
Members whose birthday fell in July, August, September, October or November will now have a Birthday Meal Voucher up to the value of $30 available on their card. This Voucher is valid until the 31st of December, 2020.

I have a voucher which expired whilst you were closed, can I still use it?
We will review any missed vouchers and offer a short period to extend the expiry date to allow for you to use. When you make a booking with our reception staff, please let them know the voucher number so our loyalty team can review it.
